There is no better customer service technique than having someone available to your customers to talk to. You don’t have to have someone at every corner of America ready to run over to a customers house. Just use video chat. SMART!
So this app, lets you create an appointment and get on a video chat with a Color Consultant from Valspar. While on the call you can talk face to face with the consultant and enlist them to help you pick the perfect color for your room. You can switch the camera view to the camera on the back of your iOS device and show the consultant your room. You can both talk about the light in the room and the colors of your furniture. A picture tells a million words. How about video? This is going to be huge.
I was the lead creative on this project at Catapult Marketing. I designed the interactions and the interface from top to bottom. I created the wireframes for the overall concept of interactions and designed the look and feel of the project. It was a very interesting project to work on and I look forward to working on something like in the future.
